Over the last 15 years, Brian has built a Coaching practice that has expanded from Strength and Conditioning Coaching towards offering Leadership and Executive Wellness Coaching. His eclectic and ongoing education spans from music and martial arts training, to a MA in Leadership Studies. As a coach, he gets at the heart of someone’s story, helps them identify their desire, and helps to co-create an environment and cycles of development that promote the highest level of performance.

During her long career as a professional ballet dancer, Anita suffered a debilitating neck injury that should have ended her career. She credits Pilates for getting her back on stage and being able to perform for several more years. Retired from dance, Anita has been teaching Pilates for twenty years with an emphasis on athletic conditioning and active aging. She feels that her dance background, injury and recovery process have given her more tools to draw from when helping clients.

Originally from Krakow, Poland, Dorota’s passion for fitness goes back to the age of 18. If there’s an opportunity to be active, Dorota is all for it. Whether it’s a marathon, obstacle course races, boxing, or pretty anything, you will have her attention.
In 2006, Dorota made her way to Canada in search of new experiences. While in Toronto she graduated from the Fitness and Lifestyle Management program at George Brown with honours and set forth on her career in fitness.
Currently, when not teaching at F45, Dorota can be found at a local college where she’s faculty at the Fitness and Health Promotion program. Or at Sunnybrook teaching Prenatal Education.
Or creating new and exciting ways to provide her one-on-one & online clients with jelly legs and six-packs...

Alex has been in the fitness industry for 14 years helping people reach their fitness and lifestyle goals.
His passion for fitness led him to George Brown College and the Fitness and Lifestyle Management program. After receiving his advanced diploma, he started working as Trainer at a private club in the city of Toronto. Alex is currently a senior fitness coach in Toronto and has been teaching at the college level for the past 9 years. Courses Alex has taught and is currently teaching include Exercise techniques, Advanced exercise techniques and Assessment protocols.
In 2016 Alex took his love for the sport of golf and became certified in Golf fitness through Titleist Performance Institute. He continues to work with athletes and golfers to develop their fitness to help them maximize their game on the course.

I have enjoyed more than 35 years of leading various forms of group exercises classes including classes such as, high intensity cardio, Dancefit, muscle conditioning, Pilates, stretch and aqua fitness. In addition to personal training, my experience also includes teaching academic college and university level theoretical and practical fitness related courses and training thousands of group exercise leaders and personal trainers.
Presently, I am a certified Clinical Exercises Physiologist (CSEP) leading exercise classes and providing personalized training, a Muscle Activation Technique Specialist (MAT), an Exercise is Medicine Professional (EIMC 2) and working as an Educator for the Canadian Fitness Education Services (CFES).
