HIIT
HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training. This class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance, and improve your coordination. They are designed for those who are fit and have been active for a while.
Yoga
In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility within the body. Full-body movements are used including standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers and lying positions.

Fit over 50
These classes are designed to help you stay fit as you age. They combine cardiovascular exercise, muscular strength/endurance, and flexibility exercises. They include intensity options to help you choose the best level for yourself.

There are various styles of classes that lead to a variety of languages. Choose a language you are comfortable speaking or challenge yourself to learn a new language!
Youth friendly
These classes are designed for children and youth. They will help to keep them fit and healthy as they grow and develop. They combine physical and mental exercises.
Low Impact
Low impact means one foot is always in contact with the floor: there is no jumping. You perform various large, full-body movements continuously to bring the heart rate up. This improves cardiovascular health and your ability to move during your daily activities.
Pilates
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves target the core while working other areas of your body as well.
Pump/Strength
The focus of these classes is muscular strength/endurance. The exercises may include body weight, the use of light to moderate dumbbells, smalls, or bands. It will help increase muscle tone and definition.

These classes are designed to help you stay fit as you age perhaps noticing more physical changes. Each of us ages differently. There are a wide variety of levels to choose from.

These classes focus on a body part or one fitness component. They may be short in the time frame or lengthy depending upon the focus.
